Single Mom
In 1975, Nancy and Dick were divorced. Nancy headed back to St. Louis, the city where she was born. She rented a duplex in the cozy St. Louis suburb of Webster Groves. By late summer she was moved in with Beth, David and Ted, the boxer. Beth walked two blocks to Webster College. David walked the same route to the Junior High and as soon as Nancy acquired a real estate license, she was driving two minutes away to Laurene Davis Real Estate Company.
