Travel

Nancy finally sunk her roots in St. Louis after her divorce, but she continued to travel whenever she could. Some of her favorite trips were:

• A tour of Scotland with David in 1983, through the St. Louis Opera Theatre.
• Visiting David and his wife, Amy, in their home in the Netherlands in 1994, and traveling with them to Florence.
• A trip with a distant cousin from California to Alaska to Montana.
• A tour of China with her friend , Shirley (Carr) Brown in 1993.
• Regular road trips with old Springfield friends: to Santa Fe, Wisconsin, and Cape Code.
• Key West with Al Mocher.
• And, of course, many trips to visit children and grandchildren in all their various states.
